The first Raw after the Superstar Shake-up had been completed came to Seth Rollins country, as Iowa showed their appreciation for their home state champion.

WWE came to Des Moines, Iowa and it was the start of a new era with the Kingslayer becoming the Beastslayer at WrestleMania 35 by defeating Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship.

With Lesnar now AWOL though, Rollins needed a new challenger - cue multiple superstars approaching the ring with a microphone to explain why they deserved to be that very man.

Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin and AJ Styles all believed they should be next in-line, and a series of matches over the course of the evening would determine the first challenger.

First, Styles overcame Mysterio and Joe in the first of two triple threat matches in a battle of three superstars who switched brands during the Shake-up.

And in the second bout, Baron Corbin capitalised to pin The Miz after the A-lister was hit with a Claymore Kick by Drew McIntyre.

So that set the main event up to be Styles against Corbin, and many thought that with the way Corbin has been built-up following his retirement of Kurt Angle at the Show of Shows just a few weeks ago that a major push may be coming his way.

But in the end, The Phenomenal One downed the former General Manager of Raw, receiving a Phenomenal Forearm for his troubles.

It means for that the first time ever, the WWE Universe will get to see a one-on-one match between Styles and Rollins, and with the added bonus of the Universal Championship on the line, it's bound to be epic.

Do not take this as a spoiler though, but considering the magnitude of Rollins' win over Lesnar at 'Mania, it's very unlikely that he's going to lose the belt so soon after his hard struggle to take it off The Beast Incarnate.

The inaugural Rollins-Styles match could be the first in a long series, but with a plethora of talent waiting in the wings, WWE fans could be getting treated to some classic title matches in the near future.
