WWE's next pay-per-view is coming up in three weeks time, and Money In The Bank is shaping up to be a cracking card.Already scheduled for the Universal Championship is the first-ever singles match in WWE between Seth Rollins and AJ Styles, and SmackDown are set to follow that with a Kofi Kingston WWE Championship defence against the newly-heel Kevin Owens.Becky Lynch will defend both her Raw and SmackDown Women's titles on the same night against Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair respectively, whilst new blue brand stars Roman Reigns and Elias will do battle in a singles match. As is par for the course now, both males and females will battle for their respective Money In The Bank briefcases in eight-person ladder matches.No-one has been confirmed for either match yet but there may be some qualifying bouts in the coming weeks to determine who participates. We know though who should walk out of Hartford, Connecticut as Mr. Money In The Bank though - and that is Drew McIntyre.WrestleVotes reported last week that backstage sources have indicated WWE want to make this years winner a huge star, with the last two victors - Baron Corbin and Braun Strowman - being largely wasted.

McIntyre was dominant on Raw after he returned to the main roster in 2018, following a short spell in NXT.

He paired up with Dolph Ziggler, winning the Raw Tag Team Championships in the process, and WWE did a great job of protecting The Scottish Psychopath from any losses and being made to look stupid.

Something went wrong though towards the end of 2018.

After humiliating Kurt Angle in a November episode of Raw, McIntyre should have been built as a legend killer or a title challenger, but in a months time he was losing to Ziggler and Finn Balor in the space of a few weeks.

Wins against Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose pre-WrestleMania boosted his credentials but a loss to Roman Reigns, quite cleanly, at the Show of Shows brought him back down to earth with a crashing thud.

But there's an easy way to build him back up - have him destroy everyone and claim the briefcase in three weeks time.

There's also the backstory from McIntyre's first stint in WWE that can be played upon.

In storyline, Vince McMahon personally signed the Scot as 'The Chosen One' and that he would be a 'future world champion'.

That hasn't happened yet in WWE, but if he wins the briefcase like he should, then it's bound to sooner than later.
