It looks like Anthony Joshua may finally have an opponent for his fight on June 1.Having originally lined up Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller as his opponent for a clash at New York's Madison Square Garden, the American subsequently recorded adverse findings in drug testing samples and the fight was called off as a result.Having been unable to secure headline fights against either Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury so far, the Miller shock is a further setback for Joshua.AJ's camp, led by Eddie Hearn, have gone about their business over the last few days and his father Barry Hearn says an announcement regarding a new fighter is imminent.Speaking to Sky Sports on Monday, the Matchroom Sport chairman stated: "I understand there's every chance he's going to make an announcement tomorrow, so it's getting there.

"We have five likely opponents, so it's not a question we're going to be blackmailed. We're never going to be forced into doing anything stupid, because we just don't work like that. Eddie is just playing the cards dead straight.

"AJ makes the final call, the final list is there and I believe the final decision will be known tomorrow."

Out of those five potential opponents, Andy Ruiz Jr. is one of the front-runners. The 29-year-old Mexican-American is renowned for his hand-speed, but not necessarily his punch power.

However, a new video has come to light showing that this possible weakness may just be a myth.

Testing himself on Fox Sports' PBC Punching Machine Challenge, Ruiz Jr. stepped up to record 967 on the machine to smash the record.

His score beat that of Gervonta Davis, who recorded 939, while Wilder has the highest heavyweight score at 927, though, that was only with his left hand.

From his 33 fights, Ruiz Jr. has a record of 21 knockouts, and though he is not as well-known as Miller, we now know that he has the tools to cause problems for AJ.
