Tyson Fury has confirmed he knows when his next two fights will be after Tom Schwarz – but won’t reveal the names of his future opponents.

The Gypsy King will take on relatively unknown German heavyweight Schwarz in Las Vegas on June 15.

It will signal his debut on ESPN after signing a co-promotional deal with Top Rank and takes to the ring for the first time since his controversial draw with WBC champion Deontay Wilder last December.

The 30-year-old revealed that he intends to fight again on September 28 this year as speculation continues to swirl on who his opponent will be.

“I’m going to have a few weeks off and then it’s back to work again because I have another fight 28th of September,” Fury told BT Sport.

“I’ve been given dates and that’s the next date. For the next six months I’m going to be active, I’ve got three dates.”

Fury turned down the chance to fight Oscar Rivas to setup the Schwarz bout next month - with critics saying he ducked the fight because of his opponent’s more impressive record.

The unbeaten Colombian has now agreed to come to the O2 Arena in London and will take on British heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte on July 20.

The giant Mancunian also ducked out of a potential rematch with Wilder earlier this year with Top Rank kingpin Bob Arum insisting they will build the Brit’s profile in America, before considering another clash with the ‘Bronze Bomber.’

There has been much scrutiny over the selection of the undefeated 24-year-old Schwarz, however, the German has admitted he has nothing to lose and vowed to stun the world with a remarkable upset.

Reports have also surfaced that Fury was angling to become mandatory for Anthony Joshua’s IBF and WBO titles, but the 30-year-old has put those rumours to bed and said he took no notice of rankings when selecting his opponent.

“I’m very unconcerned with rankings. Tom Schwarz is ranked above me. The rankings to me are unimportant,” Fury continued.

“I’m the lineal champion. I’ve got the status going back 100 years. The belt don’t mean nothing to me. As for the mandatory, I’d never box any of these men as their mandatory, not interested at all.

“I’m above all that. The Gypsy King fights who he wants, when he wants! People say do you think these top three will fight each other?

“Do they not remember when I went to America and beat Deontay Wilder only a few months ago? The top two did fight each other.

“I’ve proved time and time again I can go anywhere and beat anyone. I don’t need to prove anything to anyone.”
