It's strange to see the role Braun Strowman is currently in on Monday Night RAW, especially after a push looked promising for The Monster Among Men last year.

However, he wasn't pushed into the main event picture on the red brand when Roman Reigns has to step away and wasn't even featured in a marquee match at WrestleMania 35.

UNDERWHELMING

It's probably even more surprising that he's yet to win a singles title in the WWE, especially after it seemed like a guarantee that the WWE would take a chance with him.

Instead, he was featured in a Saturday Night Live celebrity angle at the Grandest Stage of Them All this year when he emerged victorious in the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal.

What makes his situation even sadder is the fact that the contest took place on the pre-show, before the majority of the fans were even in attendance.

It could be the fact that he suffered an untimely injury which changed his plans, but he's done very little since then.

If a new report from the Wrestling Observer is anything to go by, there's a reason why he's hardly done anything since winning the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal.

ERRORS

Strowman reportedly forgot several spots during the match on the pre-show, something which has apparently rubbed people the wrong way and it's why he's been held back ever since.

Ringside News shared the update and it's being reported that it was the end of the match which turned out to be a big mess as the former Wyatt Family member forgot his spots, and it's why he's not done much since winning.

It's not the first time something similar has reportedly happened with Strowman.

Late last year, reports emerged claiming that Strowman had several run-ins with management which saw him suffer from backstage heat and stagnate his progress on the main roster.

The validity of the claims obviously can't be confirmed, but in this instance, the fact that there are gaps to fill on the red brand and Strowman isn't there doing anything of note, it does suggest the WWE is overlooking him.

With the fans still currently high on Strowman, as shown and heard by the constantly loud reactions during his entrance, it's clear that the fans are hopeful the company does something of note with him.
