There’s a reasonably high chance that Sunday’s 3-0 win over Watford was Eden Hazard’s final Premier League appearance for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The Belgium international, who set up two of the goals, has been strongly linked with a summer move to Real Madrid in recent weeks.Madrid believe they will secure Hazard’s services as soon as the current campaign finishes, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.Chelsea risk losing the 28-year-old for nothing at the end of the 2019/20 season, when his current contract expires, or they have the option of cashing-in this summer. But after inspiring the Blues to a top-four finish this season, it’s likely that he will leave at the end of the campaign with the best wishes of everybody at the club.

Hazard has been directly involved in 31 of Chelsea’s 62 Premier League goals this season, scoring 16 times and registering 15 assists.

Now, it seems, he wants to test himself at arguably the world’s biggest football club, playing under one of his childhood idols in Zinedine Zidane.

Chelsea fans can be forgiven, though, if they still believe there’s a chance that Hazard will decide to stay at the Bridge beyond this summer.

And one group of lads had an unexpected opportunity to plead with Hazard directly after pulling up alongside him in traffic on Sunday afternoon, following Chelsea’s latest victory.

In footage which has been shared on social media, they can be heard shouting to Hazard: “Stay at Chelsea! Stay at Chelsea, bro!”

Hazard didn’t respond with words - but his reaction was still telling.

He was filmed cheekily shaking his head before driving off quickly.

You know the famous 50 Cent drive-off GIF? Well, that’s basically what Hazard did there.

Madrid’s top summer transfer target will make at least two more appearances for Chelsea before his potential departure.

The Blues take on Eintracht Frankfurt at the Bridge in the Europa League on Thursday night, aiming to set up a final against either Arsenal or Valencia.

Then, on Sunday, they wrap up their Premier League campaign away at Leicester City on Sunday afternoon.
