The rest of us may not have believed it was possible, but Liverpool’s players did.Despite losing the first leg 3-0, and despite the fact they were without both Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, the Reds somehow pulled off an extraordinary 4-0 victory over Barcelona to progress to the Champions League final on Tuesday night.A brace each from Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum completed one of the most unexpected and remarkable comebacks in Champions League history.Barça were as short as 50/1 on to progress to next month’s final following their 3-0 victory at Camp Nou last week. But Jurgen Klopp’s side turned the tie on its head by netting four goals and preventing their star-studded opponents from scoring against them.

Liverpool’s players, coaching staff and fans united at the full-time whistle with a spine-tingling rendition of You’ll Never Walk Alone.

This is a night that will be remembered by the club’s fans for decades to come.

It was a comeback to even rival Istanbul and is undoubtedly one of the greatest performances in the club’s 126-year history.

Liverpool’s players, who could win the Premier League title if results go their way this weekend, continued their celebrations in the home dressing room at Anfield.

Dejan Lovren posted a live video on Instagram, which you can watch here...

The video shows him celebrating with many of his teammates, including Virgil van Dijk, who turns to the Croatian and screams: “Best defender in the world!”

We also see one Liverpool player’s naked backside, which is rather unfortunate.

Lovren found it hilarious, mind.

Liverpool later posted a more family-friendly version of the dressing room celebrations, which you can watch here…

Those lads will always remember this night for the rest of their lives.

They will now tune in to Wednesday night’s other semi-final second leg between Ajax and Tottenham to find out which side they’ll be facing in Madrid on June 1.
