WWE fans are right to be a little apprehensive when it comes to Bray Wyatt and his new gimmick.

It tends to be in our nature to get overly excited when a new character or gimmick emerges and we see the obvious potential - and that's been the case for years.

NEW GIMMICK

The Eater of Worlds is someone that many thought would effectively replace somebody like The Undertaker, but poor booking and no sense of direction essentially turned Wyatt into less of a main event threat and more of a cheap frightening act that nobody could take seriously.

Now, the company has gone to somewhat square one with the new Firefly Funhouse gimmick, an eerie children's TV host with many just waiting for the company to push the trigger on turning him into yet another villainous character.

Although, if rumours are to be believed, then the company might be going all in on Wyatt and keeping him undefeated for a while in the hope he doesn't turn out as he did previously.

Recently, Wyatt has kept fans on the edge of their seats by claiming that some years ago, he delivered eight consecutive promos where each one had a sentence that didn't fit in.

When all eight random sentences are combined, it creates a secret message and since then, fans have been trying to decipher what could be said. Although, many are rightfully sceptical that WWE will have planned this years in advance.

However, that hasn't stopped one fan on Reddit from claiming that he's solved the puzzle - and it all revolves around Daniel Bryan.

FIREFLY FUNHOUSE

According to his theory, he claimed that Wyatt wants Bryan to 'come home' and Erick Rowan is also playing a role, considering he's one-half of the tag team champions with Bryan on SmackDown LIVE.

He posted: "Bray is targetting Daniel Bryan. My proof: 'He just wants you to come home"...Rowan wants Bryan to rejoin the Wyatt Family. The Firefly Fun House kids show is so Birdie Danielson will watch it.

"The promo mystery: January 29th: What makes you smile? February 2nd: I know you’re listening. February 5th: He just wants you to come home.

"February 9th: Where do we go when we die? February 16th: Limbo is no place for a soul like yours. February 19th: The angel, with the burned wings, is waving you on home. February 23rd: I wonder what you think about when you close your eyes.

"February 26th: How long is it that you think you can hide from me?"

An ambitious attempt at connecting the dots, genius storytelling from WWE or does the company have no idea which direction to in?

You decide.
