The Premier League title race comes to its conclusion today.

After a pulsating title race, it will either be Manchester City or Liverpool that will become champions on Sunday.

At the start of the day, it looked extremely likely that it would be Pep Guardiola's side that would hold on to to claim their second consecutive title.

They knew regardless of what happened at Anfield, a win against Brighton would seal the deal.

Of course, Liverpool fans would be hoping that Chris Hughton's side would be able to take points off the league leaders.

Some fans have been changing their display pictures on Twitter to images of Brighton players.

And now, one Liverpool fan has gone a step further.
