Derby County are through to the Championship play-off final after their thrilling 4-2 victory over Leeds United at Elland Road on Wednesday night.
The Rams were 1-0 down from Saturday’s first leg and rated as firm underdogs against Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
And their task was made all the harder in the second leg when Stuart Dallas put the hosts 1-0 up midway through the first half.
But Frank Lampard never gave up without a fight during his playing days and neither do his current group of players.
They battled back superbly after conceding the opener, taking a 3-1 lead by the hour-mark thanks to goals from Jack Marriott, Mason Mount and Harry Wilson.

Leeds were then reduced to 10 men when Gaetano Berardi was shown a second yellow card by referee Anthony Taylor before Marriott netted his second goal of the night to break the hearts of Leeds fans.
For Lampard and his players, victory could not have come against a better opponent.
The ‘spygate’ scandal left a bitter taste in their mouths and a big part of them must have been desperate - desperate - to exact revenge on Marcelo Bielsa in the cruellest way possible.
After the full-time whistle was blown, some of Derby’s players put their hands to their eyes and also dropped a few not-so-subtle tweets referencing spygate.
But it was Derby’s official Twitter account who posted the best tweet of the night, shortly after full-time.
The tweet, which quickly went viral, is a screen recording from the admin’s iPhone, taking us through the music app and into the Oasis albums before hitting play on ‘Stop Crying Your Heart Out’.

That is brilliant.
For those wondering what on earth is going on, Derby are having a dig at Leeds fans for their Lampard chant.
Inspired by the Oasis song ‘Stop Crying Your Heart Out’, the chant goes like this…
‘All of the spies
‘Are hidden away
‘Just try not to worry
‘You'll beat us some day
‘We beat you at home
‘We beat you away
‘Stop crying Frank Lampard!’
Lampard, by the way, sang this in the away dressing room at Elland Road following Derby’s victory.
Derby have now owned the chant and it’s hard to imagine we’ll ever be hearing it again from the Leeds supporters.News Now - Sport News
