Sunderland became the first team to progress to the League One play-off final last night after a 0-0 draw away at Portsmouth. The Black Cats won the first game 1-0 thanks to a goal from Chris Maguire and that was enough to see them progress. They will now face either Charlton Athletic or Doncaster Rovers, with the Addicks the firm favourites to make it to Wembley after a 2-1 win away from home in the first leg. There were a number of incidents from the game at Pompey last night which certainly don't shine a positive light on the club.We reported HERE on a Pompey fan kicking Luke O'Nien after he fell over the advertising hoarding.

And it seems the players on the pitch weren't exactly on their best behaviour either.

A video is currently doing the rounds on social media showing Pompey's Brett Pitman clearly shouting profanities at a ball boy.

Just remember, he's the club captain...

VIDEO

Pitman appears to say: "F**king give me the ball, f**king hurry up."

That's at his own ball boy as well!

Despite the fact Pompey were in desperate search of a goal with just under 20 minutes to go, you simply cannot show that level of disrespect.

The incident is similar to that of Joe Hart at the 2014 World Cup, when he shouted profanities at a ball boy after Andrea Pirlo nearly curled in a perfect free-kick.

Pitman has been a key man in Pompey's push for promotion, scoring 11 goals and notching five assists in 33 league games.

However, his dismal performance against Sunderland and his downright appalling actions towards club staff have seen his season end on the sourest of notes.

It's down to the club now to take action against him.
