It was all pretty straightforward for Deontay Wilder in his fight against Dominic Breazeale, knocking out his fellow American in the first round with a brutal right hand. The bout was another reminder, if anyone needed it, of the explosive power that the Bronze Bomber possesses, taking his record to 41 wins, 40 by knockout, and one draw. That one blip on his record came against Tyson Fury, who, despite being knocked down twice by Wilder in December, defied the odds to get back to his feet and finish the fight, with many claiming he should have been awarded the victory.A video of the Gypsy King was posted on the Top Rank Boxing Twitter page after Wilder’s bout with Breazeale, with Fury complimenting Wilder, stating he is the second best boxer in the heavyweight division, behind himself, of course.“Well done to Deontay Wilder in knocking out Dominic Breazeale,” the video begins.

“I got that prediction quite correct. Anyone that wants to go toe-to-toe with Deontay Wilder will have the same fate as Dominic Breazeale and the rest of his 40 other victims.”

Anthony Joshua’s name predictably was mentioned by Fury, with some boxing fans claiming that his fellow Brit is avoiding the big-guns in the heavyweight division.

“Anthony Joshua, you’ll get it, as well. Same thing’ll happen to you, mush,” claims Fury. “Dillian Whyte, you’ll get it as well.

“The Bronze Bomber is the most fearsome, most destructive puncher in the heavyweight division. But it’s just a pity that he had to lose to The Gypsy King.

“Anyone who stands in front of Deontay Wilder, he will knock them out. Deontay Wilder is the second-baddest man on the planet behind The Gypsy King, aka Tyson Fury, the No. 1 heavyweight in the world.

“Nobody can beat me. Can’t be touched.”

The Gypsy King has not fought since his legendary bout with Wilder in December, with him ignoring a WBC order for a rematch between the pair.

Fury is next due to be in the ring on June 15, when he faces Tom Schwarz in Las Vegas.
