Manchester City stormed to another Premier League title win with a 4-1 victory against Brighton on the final day of the season.

Pep Guardiola's side were pushed to the very end but finished top with 98 points, just one more than Liverpool, who finished runners up.

By winning the league again, City have become the first team since Manchester United in 2009 to win back-to-back titles.

Things got even better this weekend when the blue half of Manchester did something no other men's team in England has ever done - win the domestic treble.

A 6-0 victory in the FA Cup final against Watford confirmed the sweep as City finished the season with three major trophies as well as Community Shield.

And on Monday, it was party time for the squad, who have now been dubbed as the 'Fourmidables' after their success over the course of the campaign.

City held their celebratory open-top bus parade as many teams do - but after all the fireworks and confetti settled, a video emerged on social media that caught the attention of football fans.

The footage seemed to show the Premier League title shattered on the floor after it had been knocked off a balcony - and also included Sergio Aguero looking very guilty.

Check it out below.

Within minutes, the clip went viral on Twitter as rival fans actually thought someone had smashed the title. But unsurprisingly, it's been confirmed as fake.

The Manchester Evening News reports that it was actually filmed as a prank by City TV a while ago and that the real trophy is completely fine.

Last year, Oleksandr Zinchenko did knock the title off its podium during celebrations at the Etihad - and that's where City TV got the inspiration for their prank.

Aguero's reaction had us all fooled for a few minutes, but it didn't take long for Twitter to find out the truth behind the footage.
