Bury have extended the loan of young Manchester United forward Nicky Ajose until June 30.

The 19-year-old, who signed a one-month loan deal in September, has played 18 games so far this season at Gigg Lane and has scored six goals, making numerous others.

He signed with United in the summer of 2009 and has represented England Under-16s and has now also signed a new contract at Manchester United after extending his loan deal at Bury.

The 19-year-old has accepted an offer of a contract until 2013 and is highly thought of by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and the loan is a coup seeing that several other clubs were on his trail after shining at Bury, but Ferguson wanted the forward to continue his education with the Shakers.

So Bury fans, breathe a sigh of relief. All loanees are staying. Things can only get better!
