Antonio Conte has received £9 million from Chelsea after winning a legal dispute with his former club.
The Italian coach was involved in a battle over compensation after he was sacked by Chelsea in July 2018.
Conte’s lawyers argued that the Blues owed him a year’s salary.
He will receive £9m in compensation, although The Sun say he was pushing for more after suggesting that being sacked so late in the summer meant he was unable to find another job.
It brings to an end a lengthy dispute - although it’s a situation that Roman Abramovich is used to.

The Russian has overseen many managerial switches during his time at Stamford Bridge.
Indeed, there are concerns about how much longer Maurizio Sarri will last at the club.
Chelsea pay out £92.9m to former managers
Abramovich seemingly has no concerns about paying out his former managers, and the £9m owed to Conte now takes his total in pay-offs to £92.9m.
