Manchester United may have just endured their worst season in the Premier League era.

Jose Mourinho started the campaign off at the helm but there were numerous problems in the final few months of his spell.

After multiple run-ins with Paul Pogba and the club languishing in sixth, Mourinho was sacked in December.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was chosen as his replacement and it looked as if he had salvaged the season.

But, the final few months of the season were disastrous.

United won just two of their last 12 games. In that time, they were knocked out of the Champions League, FA Cup and missed out on a place in the top four.

Their final defeat of the campaign, a 2-0 loss to already relegated Cardiff at Old Trafford, summed up just how bad their season was.

United eventually finished in sixth with 63 points.

They didn't win any silverware in the 2018/19 season and will start the new campaign in the Europa League.

It really was a miserable season. Barring Champions League victories away at Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, there really weren't any highlights at all.

However, despite the past nine months being nothing short of a disaster, a season review is still being released.

Titled 'Manchester United Season Review 2018/19', the DVD is now available to purchase on Amazon for as little as £14.18.

The product description reads: "Memorable victories away to Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus, plus a glorious winning run following the return of a club legend, were moments to savour during Manchester United's dramatic 2018/19 campaign.

"Individual highlights included Marcus Rashford's nerveless injury-time winner from the spot in Paris, Juan Mata's brilliant free-kick in Turin and Andreas Pereira s superb strike against Southampton, voted the club's Goal of the Season.

"However, the return of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the hero of the 1999 Champions League Final, topped them all.

"Records tumbled following the appointment as Ole, together with a coaching team that included Sir Alex Ferguson s former assistant Mike Phelan, inspired wins away to Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs among others - all matches you can relive here in this season review.

"This is the complete record of the 2018/19 campaign, with every goal from every game, player insights from pivotal moments and a look back in time to the origins of Ole's journey that led to him to becoming a Manchester United legend."

Any one that pre-orders it now will receive the DVD on June 10.

Can't see many United fans wanting to put themselves through just over two hours of United's season...
