Liverpool are unlikely to be very active in the transfer window this summer.Jurgen Klopp has created a squad capable of challenging on multiple fronts for years to come. With Liverpool unlikely to lose any of their key players this summer, there is simply no need to bring in expensive recruits. That does not stop Liverpool fans from dreaming, though.Despite Liverpool being well stocked in attack, one high-profile name that has been linked to the club is Memphis Depay.

According to French publication Mercato 365, per the Daily Mail, Jurgen Klopp sent staff across the channel to check on the Dutchman during Lyon's 3-0 win over Marseille earlier this month.

Depay has also expressed his desire to leave Lyon for a more prestigious club in the past few months, only adding fuel to the fire.

And he hinted of a summer move away once again today.

The former Manchester United player tweeted a video of him boarding a plane, accompanied with the message 'Thank you Lyon'.

And this sent one Liverpool fan in particular into a frenzy.

@NxbilFxkir decided to track Depay's flight and post updates onto his Twitter account on where he was headed.

The Liverpool fan found out he was flying a Bombardier CL Challenger registered G-RANE and that his take off was around 12pm (1pm local time).

Depay's flight initially appeared to be going north towards England.

Minutes later, the Liverpool fan posted that he would put money on him landing in England.

But the plane then went straight north, devastating the Liverpool fan.

And after another right-hand turn, the Liverpool fan tweeted: "If I had more money I would put it on the plane landing in Holland."

And at 1:17pm, he confirmed that Depay had arrived in Rotterdam.

You've got to admire the dedication of some football fan around the world.
