Portsmouth have re-signed Greg Halford on loan from Wolves until the end of the season.

The 26-year-old defender has already made 12 appearances for Pompey, scoring four goals, having initially arrived at Fratton Park in October.

However, he will not be available at Nottingham Forest on Saturday as he is still suspended following a red card against Watford on New Year's Day.

Pompey boss Steve Cotterill said: "He's been a decent defender for us in the time that he's been here.

"He's obviously very flexible which helps us a lot and he's scored some important goals for us.

"But the one thing I don't want him to bring back is the ill-discipline he showed at Watford."
