MK Dons will check on the fitness of Sam Baldock ahead of the visit of Plymouth.

Baldock missed the 2-0 win over Tranmere on Saturday with a recurrence of his ankle injury and is unlikely to recover in time to feature against the Pilgrims.

Defender Sean O`Hanlon is also out with an ankle injury and has been sent for a scan on the problem.

Utility man Jude Stirling is still to shake off a groin injury which has plagued his season.

On-loan QPR striker Angelo Balanta will be out of action until March with an ankle problem while fellow Rangers forward Rowan Vine will again be on the bench after joining the club last week.

Striker Jabo Ibehre will keep his place after scoring in the last two games as Karl Robinson's side look to move into the top five.

Plymouth are buoyed by the return of Rory Fallon.

The New Zealand striker was on loan at Ipswich but the 28-year-old did not fit into new manager Paul Jewell's plans.

Fallon should return to the starting line-up immediately as manager Peter Reid looks to reverse a run of three straight league defeats.

The future of forward Bradley Wright-Phillips hangs in the balance as Reid confirmed that the club has received further bids for his services, following a failed move to Reading.

Midfielder Yannick Bolasie was used as a makeshift striker in the 2-0 defeat to Oldham but should return to the centre of the park after missing a host of chances.

Defender Stephane Zubar is available for selection after completing a one-match ban for his dismissal at Huddersfield.
