Roman Reigns and Buddy Murphy delivered a pay-per-view quality match on SmackDown Live this week, and Reigns wants every WWE fan to know they're definitely going to do it again in the future.

Before SummerSlam took place, it looked like Reigns would face Murphy on the show after the later was the one that spotted Rowan at The Big Dog's backstage forklift attack, pinning the blame on him.

Instead, Murphy faced Apollo Crews at SummerSlam on the kickoff show, but was attacked by Rowan before the match could finish. Fans however, didn't have to wait long to see the former Cruiserweight Champion face Reigns.

Reigns and Murphy faced each other on SmackDown this week in a fantastic match. This was the latter's first match on SmackDown TV since coming to the blue brand in the Superstar Shake-up.

The Big Dog would end up winning the match against the former Cruiserweight Champion, but Reigns would heap huge praise on Murphy after their stellar match.

Reigns tweeted: "Meant every word I said about @WWE_Murphy in the ring. He said he wanted a fight and he got one.

"Tonight was my night, but I’m sure it won’t be the last time I’ll stand across from you. #SDLive #SecretsOut"

WWE fans on social media backed Reigns' kind words, giving their own praise to the former Cruiserweight Champion as well, begging WWE to take notice and to give him the push he deserves.

Later on in the show, Daniel Bryan and Rowan would attack Murphy backstage after they previously demanded that Murphy admit he lied about Rowan being near the recent Reigns forklift incident.

This week's SmackDown ended with Rowan and Bryan promising to bring Reigns the real mystery attacker on next week's SmackDown, with Bryan saying they've done their own investigation and have discovered the culprit.

Following his epic performance on SmackDown this week, it wouldn't be surprising if WWE decides to keep Murphy heavily involved in the storyline between Reigns and Bryan as a reward for his efforts.

There's no shame in losing to The Big Dog on your first match on SmackDown TV. Hopefully, Murphy is able to keep hold of this momentum entering the King of the Ring tournament.
