Paulo Dybala wasn't supposed to still be at Juventus anymore.

The Old Lady tried to move him on, looking at both Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the last week of the window.

United were close - very close - as Juve wanted Romelu Lukaku in exchange.

But Dybala's image rights broke down any deal as a third party made things particularly difficult.

And so the plan was ruined and Lukaku completed a move to fierce rivals Internazionale soon after.

Spurs were next up - they headed into deadline day with hopes of bringing the Argentine to North London.

Things quickly slowed down, though - those image rights again - before completely breaking down, much in the way United's deal had.

And so, with one week to go before Serie A kicks off, Juve are stuck with Dybala - poor them, right?

Well, he reminded them of just what they're 'stuck with' in a friendly on Saturday evening.

Dybala received the ball on the edge of the box and quickly performed a fantastic Cruyff turn into space.

There, with a defender and the goalkeeper in front fo him, he pulled off an inch-perfect chip, first-time, over the keeper's head and into the net.

You can check it out below:

Perfection.

It's a special goal that remarkably few players could pull off, friendly or not.

And it's not just that he manages it all but that he does it first-time, instinctively.

Safe to say that both fans in Manchester and North London can be extra disappointed that Dybala is there this season after seeing this.

Juve, however, should simply be glad that he's still there.
