Chelsea drew 1-1 against Leicester City in Frank Lampard's first game as manager at Stamford Bridge.

Mason Mount gave the Blues the lead after just seven minutes.

The English midfielder dispossessed Wilfried Ndidi and cooly finished past Kasper Schmeichel.

But Leicester grew into the game and deservedly scored the equaliser with 23 minutes remaining.

Ndidi atoned for his error by powering home a James Maddison corner to restore parity.

Lampard sent on Willian shortly after to try and salvage something from the game.

But the Brazilian forward had a quite disastrous 20 minute cameo.

He was largely ineffectual and gave the ball away on numerous occasions.

His first touch was a five-yard pass which went straight out of play and it did not get any better for the 31-year-old.

And he was getting absolutely destroyed on Twitter by Chelsea fans who were not impressed with his performance.

@OlIyCFC wrote: "If Willian had any pride he'd leave London and never come back."

@VintageKepa simply said that he 'felt sick' about Willian's performance.

Many Chelsea fans never want to see Willian play for the club again, including @TweetChelseaUK.

"Willian should never be seen in a Chelsea shirt again," they wrote. "And he didn’t even play midweek."

"Willian’s performance here has been absolutely disgraceful," @jakeheasman wrote. "Walked about just giving the ball away... and we gave that guy the no10 shirt. Pathetic."

Willian inherited the number 10 shirt from Eden Hazard this summer and many, including @CFC_Khalz, expressed their annoyance about that after the game.

"Willian our number 10 the worst I’ve seen," they wrote. "Can’t take a cross, can’t pass and has absolutely no end product. I’m done.'

@CFCMod_ called him 'shambolic', writing: "I genuinely forgot how frustrating Willian is man. He cannot cross, he cannot pass a ball, he cannot get past someone, he ruins every counter.

"This is our number 10. Shambolic."

After Hazard's departure, Chelsea really need Willian to step up and try and guide them to a top four finish.

He won't even get into the team if he continues to produce performances like he did against Leicester on Sunday.
