The new Champions League season is approaching at a tantalising rate of knots.
Football fans around the continent will learn of their team's fate when UEFA decide the group-stage draw in Monaco, mere hours after the final play-off games were completed on Wednesday.
Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Zenit St. Petersburg all reside in pot one as the champions of their respective leagues.
They're also joined by Liverpool who, despite missing the Premier League title, are rewarded for their European glory last season along with Europa League winners Chelsea.
That means Tottenham Hotspur are the only English side outside of the top pot, joining the likes of Ajax, Borussia Dortmund, Napoli and both Madrid clubs.

2019/20 Champions League
Such an even spread of European juggernauts, as well as some big names in pots three and four, indicate that there will be at least one 'Group of Death' decreed this afternoon.
And for teams like Dinamo Zagreb and Slavia Prague, they will be hoping to avoid the biggest clubs having already needed to play their way into Thursday's draw.
However, there will be no true way of discriminating between the teams until they play one another and any surprise packages make themselves known.
