It was a pulsating north London derby at the Emirates this afternoon.Spurs went into first half injury-time with a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Christian Eriksen and a Harry Kane penalty. But the entire match changed when Alexandre Lacazette scored a brilliant goal to haul Arsenal back into the tie.The Gunners dominated after the break and finally got themselves back on level terms with 20 minutes remaining thanks to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.Who would go on to win it?

Arsenal had the chances but, in second half injury-time, Spurs had a penalty appeal waved away after Kane went down under the challenge of Sokratis.

However, replays showed that the Spurs striker attempted to initiate the contact by putting his body between the ball and the defender.

In truth, it was a blatant dive and Kane was fortunate not to be booked for it.

Kane was actually shown footage of his dive during his post-match interview on Sky Sports with Geoff Shreeves.

It made for a pretty awkward 30 seconds as Kane attempted to defend his actions and claim that it should have been given.

After Shreeves asked whether it was a penalty Kane replied: “I think so. Obviously I’ll have to watch it back.”

Little did he know that Sky Sports were going to show him immediately.

As Kane watched his dive, he said: “I think he makes a tired tackle. I think if I’m on the halfway I get it but when you’re in the box, it’s 50/50.”

No Harry, it was a dive.
