Dani Ceballos looks to be a brilliant signing from Arsenal, going off his first few appearances for the Gunners.

No one was expecting too much from the Spaniard - he hadn't set the world alight at Real Madrid.

Ceballos only played 12 La Liga games during his debut season in the Spanish capital, although he did push that to 23 last season.

Still, this wasn't a big-money signing like Nicolas Pepe, but rather a punt on a player looking to get back on track.

His first start was a huge success, however.

Ceballos picked up two assists in a 2-1 win over Burnley, earning himself the man of the match award.

But it's his worth ethic and passion that have grabbed the attention of Arsenal fans - he looks fully committed to the cause already.

His career is firmly getting back on track - and not just for Arsenal.

Ceballos caught the eye for Spain on Thursday, creating his country's second goal against Romania.

The midfielder split open the Romanian defence with the outside of his foot, finding Jordi Alba and allowing him to give Paco Alcacer a tap-in.

It was playmaking perfection and you can check it out below:

Spain would survive a late red card to see the game out for a 2-1 win, maintaining their 100% record in Euro 2020 qualifying.

And Ceballos played his part with his wonderful pass.

The 23-year-old is undoubtedly a terrific talent and one who could prove to be vital to Arsenal this season if they're to secure a top four finish.
