FIFA 20 is nearly upon us.

With just under three weeks to go until the official September 27 release date, fans are itching to get their hands on any news.

Player ratings, ICONS and any new little Easter eggs hidden in the latest edition of the famous franchise are what loyal fans are craving.

Thankfully, a number of the player ratings have actually been leaked online.

And one rating that will well and truly baffle players of the game is that of Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi.

The German centre-back has become a cult-like figure in the Premier League for all the wrong reasons due to his lapses in concentration and regular errors.

However, according to the leaks on social media, Mustafi will be rated 83 on FIFA 20, which is actually one higher than his FIFA 19 card.

But what makes that rating all the more ridiculous is the fact that Liverpool's Joel Matip is only 82 overall.

What on earth are EA Sports playing at?!

Not only was Matip key in Liverpool's Champions League triumph last season, but he has grown into one of the finest defenders on the planet alongside Virgil van Dijk.

The Cameroonian is currently keeping Joe Gomez out of the team as well, which is no easy feat.

Mustafi on the other hand, well, he is yet to make a match day squad for Arsenal this season.

Gunners boss Unai Emery also publicly stated that the German should look to leave England in order to get his career back on track.

The two players are enjoying polar opposite spells in their respective careers, but EA Sports still have the one at his lowest point edging ahead on the ratings...
