When Arsenal arrived at Anfield a few weeks ago, they were unbeaten and bouncing.

They shared the top of the table with Liverpool, and had got their season off to a marvellous start.

However, what followed was nothing more than a painful reality check as Jurgen Klopp's Reds simply blew the Gunners away.

For new Arsenal loan signing Dani Ceballos, it was an experience that will stick with him for a good while yet.

It was in that moment, as the relentless Reds swarmed, that he realised just what the Premier League is all about.

Speaking during the international break, the Spaniard outlined just how difficult it is to play Klopp's side at Anfield.

“I’ve never seen anything like what I saw at Anfield,” the Real Madrid man told The Guardian.

“I haven’t seen a team that plays better, that presses like them, the way the fans carry them along.

They take the air from you.

"You spend so much time defending and when you want to do something with the ball, when you want to breathe, they’re back on top of you.

“They’re very well-drilled.”

Liverpool have now gone a staggering 42 games unbeaten in the Premier League at Anfield, as they desperately search for that long awaited English title.

During that run - which extends as far back as April 2017 - Liverpool have smashed in 110 goals, while conceding just 21 in front of their world-renowned fans.

It seems the mythical power of "You'll Never Walk Alone" only grows stronger by the day.

Now, with Newcastle set to come a-knocking on Saturday, Klopp's side will be confident of extending their incredible run.

Three points in the early kick-off and the Merseysiders are guaranteed to stay top of the pops until the next round of fixtures.

What more incentive could you need?
