Anyone who said they predicted Norwich City to win this weekend is probably lying.Ok, sure, you never know when an upset is going to rear its head in the Premier League, but we're talking about a Manchester City side that hadn't lost in the competition since January. However, the champions found themselves 2-0 down within the first half an hour at Carrow Road, conceding goals from Kenny McLean and Todd Cantwell. The Citizens managed to respond through Sergio Aguero before half-time, but Norwich capitalised on some dreadful defending to hit back thanks to Teemu Pukki's latest strike. And despite another City goal virtue of Rodri, there wasn't enough time for an equaliser and Pep Guardiola's men now find themselves five points behind Liverpool.

Norwich 3-2 Man City

Of course, it is still incredibly early days, but there's a real feeling that the title race has experienced its first major twist and it would be fair to say some City supporters are worried.

Don't believe us? Well, one phone call to BBC Radio 5 Live might change your mind because one particular City fan has gone viral for thinking that Guardiola should be sacked.

That's right. Guardiola sacked. As in, the bloke in charge of City losing his job. Yup.

Man City fan wants Guardiola out

Funnily enough, the presenter was in disbelief and understandably thought it could have been a hoax but the supporter was keen to explain his logic over the phone.

"He is only regressing. He came here to win the Champions League and ever since we lost to Tottenham he is regressing," the caller explained live on air.

"We're five games in and five points behind Liverpool already. Pep Guardiola came in here to make a dynasty - where is that dynasty?

"You can say he won the league but ever since then it's been a regression rather than a progression.

"He went to Bayern Munich to win the Champions League and to Man City to win the Champions League, has he achieved that? No.

"Klopp will get the players working. He's obviously lost the players. It's OK when you've get Messi playing for you."

Once again, you did read that right and this particular supporter would actually like Jurgen Klopp to turn his back on Liverpool and astonishingly jump ship to their biggest title rivals.

And when asked to confirm whether he wants Guardiola out, the gentleman replied: "Yes! Yes! We're regressing. We're five points behind after five games. I'm absolutely livid."

We need a sit down. That's enough of the internet for us this weekend.
