There is probably not a footballer in the world who loves scoring goals more than Cristiano Ronaldo.

Throughout his illustrious career, the Portuguese superstar has mastered the art of finding the back of the net for both club and country.

At the time of writing, the 34-year-old has 695 goals to his name for Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Portugal.

The numbers are ridiculous, but in the eyes of Ronaldo even those precious goals do not compare to his model girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez.

When asked in his latest in-depth interview with Piers Morgan about picking his favourite goal - that bicycle kick against Juventus - or getting freaky between the sheets with Rodriguez, his reply was emphatic.

"No, not [when compared] with my Geo, no!" Ronaldo fired back, per Goal.

"I tried to score this goal for many, many years," Ronaldo said. "I had scored 700-odd goals but I hadn’t done this. I thought, ‘Finally I had scored a bicycle, the beautiful jumping'.

“The way I had done against [Gianluigi] Buffon, against Juventus, in the Champions League. It was a beautiful goal.”

That bicycle kick saw the entire Juventus Stadium applaud Ronaldo - who was then playing for Real Madrid - and that reaction sowed the seeds for his move to Turin shortly after.

Ronaldo will tonight begin his quest to win his sixth Champions League title with his third different club.

Juventus only managed to get to the quarter-finals last year, where they were eliminated by Ajax.

This time, they will be hoping their Champions League drought is brought to an end and they begin their campaign away at Atletico Madrid.
