The 2019/20 Champions League campaign started with a bang this week.
Reigning champions Liverpool lost 2-0 to Napoli, the favourites Manchester City beat Shakhtar Donetsk 3-0, and 13-time winners Real Madrid lost 3-0 to Paris Saint-Germain.
Barcelona were also in action but could only manage a goalless draw against Borussia Dortmund, while Chelsea lost their opening game to Valencia and Bayern Munich won theirs 3-0.
And who could forget about Atletico Madrid's thrilling comeback against Juventus, who surrendered a 2-0 lead at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Predicting this season's winner is no easy task, but the same old names are expected to be in contention.
Last year's pairing in the final - Liverpool and Tottenham - came as a bit of a surprise to Europe and it was the first all-English Champions League final since 2007/08.
Manchester United beat Chelsea on penalties 11 years ago in one of the most dramatic shootouts in recent history, with John Terry and Nicolas Anelka missing for the Blues.
Liverpool and Barcelona were the other two semi-finalists that year to complete a vintage Champions League line-up. Let's take a look back at each of their starting XIs.
