Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a manager under increasing pressure. The Norwegian coach has struggled to deliver results since agreeing to become Manchester United’s permanent boss six months ago.And Sunday’s defeat away at West Ham was another lowlight in what is fast becoming a disappointing start to the season.United were lethargic for much of the match and deservedly beaten 2-0 thanks to goals either side of half-time from Andriy Yarmolenko and Aaron Cresswell. They now find themselves eighth in the Premier League table, 10 points behind leaders Liverpool after just six matches played.

“From the outside, I think they will finish between fourth and sixth,” Solskjaer’s predecessor Jose Mourinho said on Sky Sports. “I don't think they are a team capable of fighting for the top two.”

Following Sunday’s loss, Solskjaer is now the bookmakers’ second favourite to become the next Premier League manager to lose his job behind Everton’s Marco Silva.

Although quite who the Red Devils would replace him with at this moment in time is anyone’s guess.

Solskjaer taunted after West Ham defeat

Solskjaer is a cool customer, however, and if he was angry with his team’s performance, he didn’t allow the media to see that after the match.

And even when he was taunted by some ‘fans’ as he prepared to head back to Manchester, he simply ignored them and walked away.

A video has been posted on social media, per the Mirror, which shows a group of lads discussing Solskjaer’s chances of being sacked on Monday morning while he was signing autographs for them.

Watch it here…

Poor form.

Solskjaer is kindly taking the time to sign autographs for these lads and they repay him by saying “sacked in the morning”.

Where’s the respect?

The original video has since been deleted - unsurprisingly - but few United fans found it amusing.

“He got it very wrong today but no rude w***** humiliates my manager,” United fan Mark Goldbridge tweeted. “Video is basically bullying. Absolutely fuming.”

United supporters are a fiercely loyal bunch and those who have seen the video will no doubt be even more behind Solskjaer when he leads the team out against Rochdale in the League Cup on Wednesday night.
