One-touch, two, goal.

It was as simple as that for Barcelona as Marc-Andre ter Stegen produced a sublime assist for Luis Suarez.

Having intercepted a Getafe attack on the edge of his own area, the German stopper immediately pinged an inch-perfect ball into the path of Suarez who made light work of the finish.

You can see the superb bit of play in the video below:

It was a brutally simply blow as the half drew to a close after Getafe had held their own remarkably well.

All credit to the German though who showed incredible vision after taking one quick scan of the field ahead of him before bombing the ball upfield.

While Tony Pulis would have been proud of that route one style, it was effective all the same.

Suarez gobbled up the opportunity and Barca went into the break a goal to the good.

After enduring an indifferent start to their season, the Catalans looked back to their menacing best in the opening exchanges of their Saturday clash.

A Junior Firpo strike shortly after half-time secured the points for Barca who moved back into second place on the La Liga standings.

With Lionel Messi already missing a large chunk of the season through injury, Ter Stegen may have to step up even more if Barca wish to defend their Spanish crown.

For now, their attention will turn to European commitments, with the visit of Inter Milan fast approaching.
