After drawing their opening Champions League match against Olympiacos, Tottenham needed a positive result when Bayern Munich came to town.And it looked as though Mauricio Pochettino's side would achieve that after making a terrific start to the clash.They could have taken the lead on a number of occasions before Son Heung-min fired past Manuel Neuer in the 12th-minute.Chances came and went for Spurs to double their lead before they were eventually punished.Joshua Kimmich equalised with a fine strike from outside the box that curled away from Hugo Lloris.

Then, on the stroke of half-time, a moment of magic from Robert Lewandowski put Bayern ahead.
His flick to take on Jan Vertonghen was incredible.
A few seconds later, the ball fell to him inside the penalty area. He turned and finished superbly to put the German's 2-1 up at the interval.
Absolutely brilliant.
Lewandowski's goal set the tone for a quite incredible second-half.
Gnabry's two goals in two minutes put Bayern 4-1 up before Spurs got themselves back into the game with a Harry Kane penalty.
But then, the Germans turned on the style.
Gnabry completed his hat-trick before Lewandowski added his second.
There was still time for former Arsenal player Gnabry to score his fourth and Bayern's seventh.
Incredible.
