Barcelona will release behind-the-scenes footage from 4-0 defeat to Liverpool

Liverpool famously beat Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield in the Champions League

Barcelona's 2018/19 season was really quite something.

In early May, the Blaugrana looked well on course to seal their third treble, with the La Liga title already won.

Ernesto Valverde's side had sealed passage to the Copa del Rey final and on May 1, they beat Liverpool 3-0 in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final.

But a week later, Barca were humiliated by the Reds at Anfield, losing 4-0 in what will go down as the Champions League's greatest ever comeback.

That result in the north of England seemed to have a ripple effect which derailed the rest of Barca's hope-filled campaign, as they went on to lose in the Copa del Rey final to Valencia.

Liverpool fans will never forget that famous night against Valverde's men and in November, they will be able to see what was going on inside the Barca dressing room that evening.

Today, the Blaugrana dropped the first trailer for their upcoming documentary series and there's a sneak peak at the reaction of the Barca stars' reaction to their night of shame at Anfield.

At the 35-second mark, Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets and Philippe Coutinho can be seen slumped in their seats in the dressing room, presumably after the full-time whistle.

We then see one of Gerard Pique's children telling his wife Shakira: "We need to score one way or another."

To which she replies: "Yes baby."

Sadly, Barca never scored that vital goal that would have sent them to Madrid.

Football documentary series have been the latest craze, with Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund, Leeds United and many more already shooting their own.

But after the tumultuous end to Barca's 2018/19 campaign and the chance to see the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in their day-to-day life, this one may be the best yet.
