It’s certainly a tale to tell the grandchildren. “Listen up, kids. Let me tell you about Lionel Messi…”
Messi and Ronaldo are by far the greatest players of our generation. Each has won the Ballon d’Or five times and smashed countless records along the way.
In the summer, Antoine Griezmann and Aaron Ramsey joined the number of players who can claim to have played with one of them.
France international Griezmann signed for Barcelona in a £107 million deal from Atletico Madrid.

And Ramsey joined Ronaldo’s Juventus after being allowed to leave Arsenal.
Both have since discussed meeting the two icons of the modern game - and they offered contrasting comments.
Earlier in the week, Griezmann admitted it had been “difficult” to form a close bond with Messi as they are both quiet people.
“In the end, he's not someone that speaks a lot, neither am I, so it's difficult for us to talk," Griezmann said, per Marca.
“I’ve brought him some Mate, so we're going in the right direction. We have to learn how to connect, improve. I'm here to help."
Meanwhile, Ramsey admitted that Ronaldo immediately broke the ice upon his arrival at Juventus, making him feel welcome in Turin.
“He was just like everybody else, really welcoming,” Ramsey told the BBC.
“Of course, he is one of the greatest to play the game but he is just a normal man.
“He breaks the ice straight away and makes you feel like you are talking to anybody else. There is a family feeling about the whole club.”
And the welcoming attitude of Ronaldo and everyone at Juventus has made it very easy for Ramsey to settle in Italy.
The Welshman has impressed in his early performances for the reigning Serie A champions.
Indeed, Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri has switched to a 4-3-1-2 formation to accommodate Ramsey’s presence behind the strikers.
Griezmann, meanwhile, has scored just once since August and there are already rumours that he could leave the Camp Nou next year.News Now - Sport News
