Juventus and Inter Milan clashed in the first Derby d’Italia of the season on Sunday night.

It was billed as one of the biggest fixtures of the Serie A campaign so far, with the Nerazzurri top of the table before kickoff, two points ahead of their hosts.

Juve made their quality show though, picking up a 2-1 win at the San Siro.

Paulo Dybala opened the scoring inside five minutes before Lautaro Martinez equalised from the penalty spot less than 15 minutes later.

The match was heading for a draw before Gonzalo Higuain popped up in the 80th minute to secure all three points for Maurizio Sarri's side.

Higuain's finish alone was impressive, as he cooly slotted the ball past Samir Handanovic, but it was the build-up to Juve's winner that should really have people talking.

That's because it was such a superb team move - in fact, it's up there with the best we've seen in 2019.

It starts with the ball on the halfway line before a total of 16 passes from nine different players see the Serie A champions move through midfield. Their striker finishes it off perfectly, too.

What a wonderful team effort. It seems 'Sarriball' is alive and well in Serie A and after an important win at the weekend, Juve are now top of the league.

That doesn't mean too much at this moment of the season though, according to Sarri himself.

"Overtaking [Inter] at this time has little meaning," he said following the win.

"What matters is the performance and character shown against a strong team, which had always won up to this moment. We entered the game with a good approach, and we deserved to win."

Even if he's playing down the importance of moving top, there's little doubt that the ex-Chelsea boss will be very happy with how his team scored the goal that sent them there.
