With SmackDown's move to FOX last week, WWE has been really shaken up in an attempt to draw fans back to the product.

It's no secret that the numbers aren't what they used to be - as recent as five years ago episodes of Raw were hitting well into the four million mark - but now WWE are lucky to get 2.5 million eyes on the product on a Monday night.

The blue brand and FOX set the benchmark for the new era though with a brilliant figure of 3.8 million viewers, which was probably assisted with an appearance by The Rock and a huge WWE Title match between Kofi Kingston and Brock Lesnar.

Of course we saw Lesnar become the new champion in just nine seconds, but it was the after-match antics that most people were talking about.

Rey Mysterio's music hit, and none-other than Cain Velasquez, Lesnar's UFC conqueror back in 2010, came down to avenge Lesnar's attack on Rey and his son Dominick from Monday Night Raw.

That wasn't the only non-wrestling star that appeared on SmackDown that night, as boxing sensation Tyson Fury got into a confrontation with the Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman.

The disagreements continued into Raw this week as they met in the ring face-to-face, and several security and superstars had to be used to pull the two apart as they got physical with each other.

So what's the plan for all four men going forward? Well there's been lots of rumours, and it looks like we are going to finally find out tomorrow.

That is because WWE have announced there will be a 'major press conference' in Las Vegas on Friday October 11 at 3PM ET [that is 8PM for fans in the United Kingdom].

Triple H will be hosting it, and it will feature all of Lesnar, Velasquez, Strowman and Fury, alongside Paul Heyman and Rey Mysterio, which can only mean one thing - we are getting two huge matches in the future.

It looks most likely that Riyadh in Saudi Arabia will be the location for both bouts, with Crown Jewel happening on October 31.

There's no doubting the arrivals of Velasquez and Fury have drawn more eyes to the product, particularly online, and it'll be interesting to see what they can do in a WWE ring.

With the WWE Draft commencing just a few hours after the press conference, tomorrow is going to be a huge day for WWE!
