It seems that big changes are coming to Fortnite very soon, as  'Chapter 2' appears to have been leaked by Apple.

On Friday afternoon, the Italian App Store briefly displayed a number of images and videos that have never been seen before.

The first shows three players looking out over a river, with what appears to be boats and a blurry building in the distance.

It doesn't look like anything we've seen before on the current island, suggesting that a new map could be arriving very soon.

'Fortnite Chapter 2' is written across the top half of the image, all but confirming some huge changes.

A promotional trailer was also uploaded onto the same page.

Those details were quickly removed from the store, but plenty of screenshots have been shared across social media and 'Fortnite 2' is currently one of the top trends on Twitter.

Check the images out for yourself below.

These leaks are certainly in line with some of the confirmed information we already know.

For starters, Fortnite Season 10 is currently in play and 'rift zones' have been popping up to wreak havoc with time in the game, which massively affects the Battle Royal.

That will come to a close with a special event called 'The End' sometime in the next week and a name like that suggests things won't be quite the same when the game comes out the other side.

Fortnite already has a world cup

Really, it's a perfect time for Epic Games to refresh its highly successful title and with Season 10 ending on October 13, surely it's only a matter of time until we have more concrete information.
