WWE may have spoiled the order of this year's draft before SmackDown even began the draft process last night.

Raw picked first in the WWE Draft on SmackDown last night after Seth Rollins won his match vs Roman Reigns to determine the draft order.

Raw started off the draft by picking Becky Lynch first overall, while SmackDown took The Big Dog with their first overall selection.

In total, 20 selections were made in last night's draft for Raw and SmackDown, and the second part of the draft will take place on Raw next week.

However, over half of the draft order was spoiled by WWE on their own website before the draft on SmackDown had even begun.

In the draft pools published yesterday on WWE's website, these are the superstars who were listed to be drafted on SmackDown:

  • Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch
  • Roman Reigns
  • The O.C. (United States Champion AJ Styles, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson)
  • 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt
  • Drew McIntyre
  • Randy Orton
  • Sasha Banks
  • Ricochet
  • Braun Strowman
  • Bobby Lashley
  • Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross
  • Lacey Evans
  • The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar)
  • SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder)
  • Natalya
  • Heavy Machinery (Tucker & Otis)
  • The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins)
  • Lucha House Party (Kalisto, Gran Metalik, Lince Dorado)
  • Cesaro
  • Kevin Owens

Here is the list of actual draft picks, in order:

  • Becky Lynch
  • Roman Reigns
  • The O.C.
  • 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt
  • Drew McIntyre
  • Randy Orton
  • Sasha Banks
  • Ricochet
  • Braun Strowman
  • Bobby Lashley
  • Alexa Bliss
  • Lacey Evans
  • Kevin Owens
  • The Revival
  • Natalya
  • The Viking Raiders
  • Lucha House Party
  • Nikki Cross
  • Heavy Machinery
  • The Street Profits

Comparing the two lists above, WWE did not deviate from their draft pool list order in the actual draft until after Lacey Evans was selected.

It could have been a mere coincidence, but WWE has now gone and changed their draft pool lists for SmackDown and Raw so that the superstars’ names are in alphabetical order.

If you need a sign that WWE did accidentally spoil their own draft and are trying to undo that mistake then look no further than this change.

Prior to the change, this was the draft pool list of superstars to be drafted on Raw on Monday night:

  • Universal Champion Seth Rollins
  • WWE Champion Brock Lesnar
  • Charlotte Flair
  • Titus O'Neil
  • Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura (with Sami Zayn)
  • Aleister Black
  • The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E & Xavier Woods)

  • Raw Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler & Bobby Roode
  • Samoa Joe
  • WWE Women's Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane)
  • Rusev
  • Cedric Alexander
  • Rey Mysterio
  • R-Truth
  • Carmella
  • AOP (Akam & Rezar)
  • Heavy Machinery (Tucker & Otis)
  • Apollo Crews
  • Andrade
  • Liv Morgan
  • Jinder Mahal
  • Buddy Murphy

  • Dana Brooke
  • Shelton Benjamin
  • Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder
  • The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce)
  • Sarah Logan
  • Fire & Desire (Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville)
  • Drake Maverick

We'll have to wait until Monday Night Raw to see if WWE sticks once again to their draft pool order or if they change things up.
