Juventus managed to overcome Bologna in dramatic circumstances on Saturday evening.Cristiano Ronaldo was presented with a special shirt before the game to commemorate him scoring his 700th professional goal while on international duty. And it didn't take long for him to score his 701st. Ronaldo stole the ball back from an opponent and went past another with a trademark step-over.There was still a lot to do but he managed to rifle his effort from a tight angle past the goalkeeper to give his side the lead.

Danilo then got his team back on level terms seven minutes later to ensure the two sides went into the break level.

But Miralem Pjanic restored the lead for his side nine minutes after half-time.

And he did so in quite bizarre fashion.

In the 20 seconds leading up to Pjanic's strike, there was absolute carnage as the ball pin-balled just outside Bologna's box.

Watch it below:

What a ridiculous passage of play. Players falling over, passes going astray, the ball pin-balling back and forth... It had it all.

FIFA has been criticised for some time for it's unrealistic gameplay and that hasn't changed from this year's instalment.

But Pjanic's goal was the very definition of FIFA in real life.

It led to many fans of the franchise actually joking that the goal made FIFA gameplay look realistic.

"Just regular weekend league it seems." @dutchfuttrade added.

And @Phattyn_YT added: "The clip EA used to make FIFA 20 look realistic."

Let's be honest, we've all conceded a goal identical to this on FIFA.

Juventus eventually held on to claim all three points, largely thanks to 41-year-old Gianluigi Buffon.

The Italian goalkeeper showed that age is just a number when he made a quite tremendous save in the final minute to deny Federico Santander's overhead kick.
