Roy Keane was upset with the niceties that occurred in the tunnel before Manchester United’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Sunday.Liverpool’s Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino was seen speaking to and smiling with compatriots Andreas Pereira and Fred before they came onto the pitch. It was a scene that never would have taken place during Keane’s era and the former United midfielder expressed his disapproval on Sky Sports."I'm disgusted with players [scenes in the tunnel]. You're going to war, they're hugging and kissing," Keane said."Don't even look at the opposition. You're going into battle against them.”

Yet there were no such pleasantries at full-time when Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain approached United supporters at the end of the match.

The 26-year-old, who came as a second-half substitute, had apparently been given grief by the same set of fans as he warmed up in front of them.

And he offered a fist bump to a couple of United supporters, only to be told to “f*** off”.

Oxlade-Chamberlain didn’t seem too bothered by it all. He gave a little shrug before walking towards the tunnel.

The 1-1 draw means Liverpool fall one win short of tying Manchester City’s record of 18 consecutive Premier League wins.

They had to come from behind to secure a point, though, Adam Lallana’s late goal cancelling out Marcus Rashford’s first-half opener.

VAR took centre stage in the contest - it gave Rashford’s goal before disallowing Sadio Mane’s - and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp hit out at the system afterwards.

The German was aggrieved that Rashford’s goal wasn’t chalked off after Victor Lindelof appeared to foul Divock Origi in the build-up.

“This is an issue we have to discuss,” Klopp said, per The Guardian. “The process [allows] the ref to make the decision or not because they have VAR.

“The ref thinks: ‘Let it run – we have VAR.’ But then VAR says it can’t be overruled because it was not clear.

“How can he say it’s not a foul? I was 100% sure. I said, ‘Wow.’

“I was not angry, I was surprised. I think everyone can agree it was a foul but with VAR it is not a clear foul. That is the situation.”

Despite Klopp's complaints, Liverpool are still six points ahead at the top of the table.
