With Neymar missing Paris Saint-Germain’s trip to Club Brugge, it meant that the world’s most expensive player has now missed as many games as he’s played for the French club. But they’re not exactly missing him right now. Why?Because they have Kylian Mbappe. The 20-year-old was named on the bench during the club’s Champions League clash against their Belgian opponents.

However, Mbappe came off the bench seven minutes into the second-half replacing Maxim Choupo-Moting.

And it’s fair to say the Frenchman had quite an impact.

It took him nine minutes to make it 2-0 to PSG.

It took him a further two minutes to set up Mauro Icardi to make it 3-0.

He then scored two more goals to complete his hat-trick to see his side win 5-0.

What's more, it was a PERFECT hat-trick (left foot, right foot and header).

It meant Mbappe was the first substitute to score three or more goals in a Champions League game since Joseba Llorente with Villarreal, who did it against Aalborg in October 2008.

What an incredible talent.

The 5-0 win puts PSG in command of Group A with a perfect record of three wins from three.

They're already five points clear of Real Madrid, who now occupy second after they recorded a narrow 1-0 win against Galatasary.

Can this year finally be the year that PSG triumph in Europe's elite competition? With Mbappe in this kind of form, you wouldn't bet against it.
