Anthony Joshua and KSI have taken part in a perfect practice challenge with the rapid swing bar in order to test their reactions.

The heavyweight pair both took part in the challenge for William Hill and their YouTube challenge, alongside sports presenter David Alorka, as they both prepare for their rematches with Andy Ruiz Jr and Logan Paul respectively.

They were using a rapid speed bar, a piece of training apparatus which tests a boxer's reactions, and it's no surprise that it was AJ who impressed more.

The idea of the apparatus is simple; they must jab a punching bag as many times in 20 seconds whilst a bar swings around which they must dodge.

AJ went up first and posted a respectable 15 without being hit by the bar once.

KSI's turn was up next and before he took part he spoke about the last time he used this piece of kit.

“There’s a meme going around the internet of me trying to do it, and failing, with the bar hitting me in the face, not this time man.”

It took just one second for history to repeat itself as the bar hit him in the head.

As opposed to Joshua, the YouTuber was hit by the bar a number of times and posted a total of 11 jabs to the bag.

Up next was Alorka, who went for as many jabs as possible whilst the bar hit him a number of times, however, he was able to win the challenge with 17 jabs.

Both AJ and KSI will be hoping for wins when they fight again.
