All Elite Wrestling isn't perfect in its early states, but it's pretty damn good, and when you've got the likes of Chris Jericho to rely on it's to be expected.Y2J is 50 years of age now but like a fine wine - he gets better the older he becomes.Even in its infancy, Jericho is helping AEW soar to lofty heights, and catchphrases such as 'little bit of the bubbly' and 'Le Champion' have caught on so much that there's a reaction every time they're said.Jericho cut an epic promo two weeks ago as he introduced the audience to his 'Inner Circle', and in the process slammed WWE for the way they handled Jack Swagger - now known as Jake Hager in AEW - creatively. He will defend his AEW World Championship against Cody Rhodes at Full Gear on November 9, and he's taking every opportunity to get under his skin.

On Dynamite last night, the Inner Circle took centre stage from a luxury box in Pittsburgh, and after Jericho called Cody an 'entitled, millennial little b**ch', Rhodes rallied the troops, including his brother Dustin and sidekick MJF [who Jericho mocked for wearing a scarf - very ironic!]

The odds were evened though when a big shock came - an AEW debut for Diamond Dallas Page!

The man himself stated that even though he walked Cody to the ring at All In in 2018, he wanted to keep his good relationship with WWE so he wouldn't be getting involved with AEW.

But that's clearly changed as he was one of the four men that frog-marched up to Jericho's box, and when the Inner Circle locked themselves away, the power of Cody's fist, wrapped in MJF's Burberry scarf, smashed the door and saw a brawl ensue.

It was every man for themselves in the mezzanine of the arena as trash cans went flying and so did fists, and at one point Jericho's face went into a Dippin' Dots ice cream cart!

Jericho's face was a picture and the fans in attendance absolutely ate the brawl up with their reaction, which made it seem even better.

It remains to be seen whether or not DDP will actually partake in a match for AEW, but at 63 years of age he is in phenomenal shape thanks to 'DDP Yoga', so he could potentially still go in the ring.

Even if he doesn't though, the build to Jericho v Cody has been sensational, and November 9 cannot come soon enough!
