'Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare' hands out official sick note for gamers

The makers of the hugely successful gaming franchise 'Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare' have come up with a wise plan to help gamers excuse themselves from their respective workspaces.

The game officially released at midnight, October 25 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

There is without a shadow of a doubt millions of CoD fans across the globe, so the makers did not want to disappoint any fans of the game, and have prepared an official sick note to allow them to stay at home.

CoD faithful definitely wouldn't have resisted the temptation of experiencing the game on the day of its release and rather not wait till the weekend.

Avid gamers would've certainly gone through lot of late nights or even all-nighters, resulting in many dozing off at work the next day, struggling heavily to get through the day.

The creators shared a picture of the letter on their official Twitter which read:

"To whom it may concern, I am writing to advise [insert name here] is to be relieved of all current duties commencing 0001 hours on October 25.

"The circumstances of their absence are of a highly classified nature, hence should not be subject to questioning due the sensitivity of activities during the aforementioned time period.Their contribution to the task at hand is of International Importance.

"You may overhear them discussing preparation for their time away, and we advise that you do not engage. Please disregard terminology ‘loadout’, ‘sesh’, ‘we on’, ‘no scope’, and ‘them Ws’."

And believe it or not, the letter has actually already been used by a certain gamer.

Sadly, however, he's since deleted the tweet, meaning there is no reactions.

There is no uncertainty that a lot of people would attempt to test their employers and put forward the document which stated they've hired someone who is living a secret double-life as a spy.

It remains to be seen how many become successful in their quest in seeking a holiday from work, but, nonetheless, the scenes will conjure up for some entertaining stories in the days ahead.
