WWE Crown Jewel 2019 is set to take place next week on October 31 at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Eight matches, involving both Raw and SmackDown superstars, have been scheduled for the event, including the in-ring WWE debuts of Cain Velasquez and Tyson Fury.

Both combat sports stars are part of Crown Jewel's marquee matches, as Fury will face Braun Strowman in a singles match, while Velasquez will take on longtime rival Brock Lesnar for the WWE title. Two other titles will be defended on the night.

Seth Rollins will defend the Universal title vs 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt in Falls Count Anywhere match that can't be stopped for any reason, and AJ Styles will defend the United States title vs the winner of a 20-man Battle Royal which will take place on the same night.

Two special tag team matches have also been booked for the show. A 10-man tag team match will take place between teams picked by WWE legends Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair.

Crown Jewel will also have a nine-team Tag Team Turmoil match where the winning team will win the WWE World Cup and the title of Best Tag Team in the World.

Here's a preview of all eight matches confirmed for Crown Jewel so far.

Brock Lesnar (c) vs Cain Velasquez - WWE Championship

On the last Raw episode of September, Brock Lesnar interrupted an in-ring promo by Rey Mysterio and attacked both him and his son, Dominic, with multiple F-5s, causing Dominic to be hospitalised.

On SmackDown's debut on Fox the following Friday, Lesnar defeated Kofi Kingston to win the WWE Championship. After the match, Mysterio appeared alongside Cain Velasquez, who was making his WWE debut.

The MMA fighter entered the ring and attacked The Beast before he retreated. Lesnar was shocked to see Velasquez in WWE on that night, the man that defeated him for the UFC Heavyweight Championship in 2010 at UFC 121.

Velasquez later revealed that he attacked Lesnar because of what he did to Mysterio and Dominic, who he also revealed to be his own godson.

At the Crown Jewel press conference in Las Vegas on October 11, a WWE title match was booked between the two for Crown Jewel.

Velasquez is with WWE for the next three years at least, so there's a chance the title could change hands if WWE wants to show him as a legitimate threat straight away, especially against someone as dominating as Lesnar.

In all likelihood though, The Beast will be victorious in order for this feud to continue and for the two to meet again at a later date, possibly at WrestleMania next year.

Prediction: Brock Lesnar

(GMB odds - Brock Lesnar to win 4/7)

Braun Strowman vs Tyson Fury

Tyson Fury will make his WWE debut at Crown Jewel in a singles match against a fellow big man in Braun Strowman.

Fury's feud with Strowman began on SmackDown's debut on Fox. The Gypsy King was sitting at ringside when the two had a light-hearted staredown that turned sour after The Monster Among Men threw Dolph Ziggler at the boxer.

Fury then attempted to jump the barrier and go after Braun, but he was held back by security. The two got into a heated conversation the following week on Raw, resulting in both of them being held back by a mass of security and superstars.

At the Crown Jewel press conference in Las Vegas on October 11, a match was booked between the two for Crown Jewel.

The undefeated boxer has been working hard at WWE's Performance Center to put on the best performance possible for this match, so he could surprise a few fans with his in-ring moves on the night.

Strowman attacked Fury this week while he was working there, resulting in what looks to be a kayfabe ankle injury for the boxer. Despite this injury, he should be the man with his hand raised by the end of this giant collision, most likely after a KO punch.

Prediction: Tyson Fury

(GMB odds - Tyson Fury to win 1/6)

Team Hogan vs Team Flair - 10-man Tag Team Match

Hulk Hogan's team of captain Roman Reigns, Rusev, Ricochet, Shorty G, and Ali will take on Ric Flair's team of captain Randy Orton, King Corbin, Bobby Lashley, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Drew McIntyre in a 10-man tag team match at Crown Jewel.

Originally, Seth Rollins was the captain of Team Hogan, but he was removed from the match after he was booked to defend the Universal title vs 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt.

On the face of it, this match has been booked in order for Hogan and Flair to appear on the show without having a match directly against one another.

Don't be surprised if either Hall of Famer gets involved and hits their finisher or take a bump to get the Saudi fans cheering.

Team Hogan should come out on top in this match, but expect spots throughout the clash to set up and continue individual feuds and storylines for all superstars involved after Crown Jewel.

Prediction: Team Hogan

Mansoor vs Cesaro

Saudi Arabia's own Mansoor will take on Cesaro at Crown Jewel in a singles match.

Fans may remember Mansoor from WWE's last show in Saudi Arabia, as he won the first-ever 51-Man Battle Royal at Super ShowDown in June.

Besides this fact, there's not really much to go on for this match as neither superstar has appeared much on WWE television over the past few weeks.

Taking into account the fact that Mansoor is a Saudi native, it would be a surprising move if WWE doesn't book him to win this match.

Prediction: Mansoor

Nine-team Tag Team Turmoil Match for the WWE World Cup

The New Day, The Viking Raiders, Heavy Machinery, Lucha House Party, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder, The Revival, The O.C., Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode, and The B-Team will face each other in a nine-team Tag Team Turmoil match for the WWE World Cup and the title of Best Tag Team in the World.

Following Xavier Woods' Achilles injury, it will be Kofi Kingston and Big E representing The New Day in this match.

The New Day, The Viking Raiders, and Heavy Machinery have picked up wins in tag team contests since this match was announced, and therefore could be considered favourites to win.

It will be interesting to see how WWE books this match, as gimmick matches like this at previous Saudi shows have been successful, but have also been quickly forgotten about.

Will the WWE World Cup for tag teams be involved in a storyline moving forward like Shane McMahon's World Cup win last year? Or will it be quickly forgotten about like Braun Strowman's Greatest Royal Rumble victory?

Expect a popular team, like The New Day or The O.C., or a rising team like Heavy Machinery or The Viking Raiders to win this match.

Prediction: The O.C.

Seth Rollins (c) vs 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt - Falls Count Anywhere Match that can't be stopped for any reason - Universal Championship

For what feels like the millionth time, Seth Rollins will defend the Universal title against 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt at Crown Jewel.

Following the backlash from their controversial Hell in a Cell stoppage, this clash will be a Falls Count Anywhere Match that can't be stopped for any reason. Fingers crossed WWE has learned from their mistakes.

It's unlikely the Universal title will change hands since Wyatt is now a member of SmackDown following the draft, while Rollins has remained on Raw. This could be the last meeting between the two for a while.

Nevertheless, The Beastslayer hinted at a heel turn when he burned down the Firefly Fun House on Raw over a week ago, but this turn could play out more after Crown Jewel once his feud with The Fiend is in the books.

For now, Rollins should win at Crown Jewel, but WWE will want to book both superstars strong in order to keep the aura of The Fiend exciting as he moves exclusively to SmackDown.

Expect a closely-fought contest that will be better than what was produced at Hell in a Cell.

Prediction: Seth Rollins

20-man Battle Royal - Winner faces AJ Styles for United States Championship

20 superstars will compete in a Battle Royal at Crown Jewel, and the winner will go on to face AJ Styles for the United States Championship on the same night.

WWE is yet to name any of the participants for the Battle Royal, but they should reveal some superstars for the match soon.

Usual midcard superstars are expected to be in the match, but more interesting names to watch out for will be Raw superstars since that's the brand the title is currently on.

Andrade, Buddy Murphy, and Humberto Carrillo have all been showcased on the red brand recently and could find the spotlight once more in Saudi Arabia with a Battle Royal win and a match vs The Phenomenal One.

The winner of the Battle Royal could also be a superstar that has been tipped to return to WWE recently like Sheamus, who's been out for the past few months due to an injury, or John Morrison, who reportedly signed a deal with WWE after eight years away at the end of September.

Whoever the winner is, it would be surprising if they don't go on to beat Styles and win the United States Championship in order to kick off a feud for the title on the red brand following Crown Jewel.

Prediction: Andrade to win the Battle Royal and beat AJ Styles for US title
