Wasps blew away Waterloo to move back into the top four. Harlequins edged further above Sarries as league leaders, Bristol fought off Richmond and Worcester battled well but couldn’t hold off DMP Sharks.

Bristol Bears Women 26-18 Richmond Women

Richmond took the lead with two Lucie Skuse penalties but the hosts bit back with scores from Rownita Marston, Clara Nielson and Naomi Keddie putting them ahead at half-time.

They continued in the same fashion after the break with Daisie Mayes dotting down the bonus-point try. Laura Kapo added another try for the visitors but it would prove to be a consolation.

Darlington Mowden Park Sharks 32-21 Worcester Warriors Women

DMP Sharks pulled away in a tight first-half as Sophie Shams’ 40th minute try gave them a 13 point gap going into the break.

Jade Shekell built on Brooke Bradley’s first-half score for Worcester but the hosts put the game out of reach before Vicky Foxwell added their third try of the game in the dying seconds.

Firwood Waterloo Ladies 0-62 Wasps Ladies

Wasps ran in 10 tries in their visit to Firwood Waterloo to shoot back into the play-off places.

Abigail Dow lit the game up with four scores, Hannah West crossed over twice, as did Lizzie Goulden with the other tries coming from Liz Crake and a penalty try.

Loughborough Lightning 27-36 Harlequins Women

Quins fought back remarkably to remain the only side to record six successive bonus-point wins this season.

17-0 down within 25 minutes, Leanne Riley dived over to get them back on track. Fiona Fletcher then scored to take the gap to five points at half-time. Quins then ran in four second-half tries to put the game out of doubt.

Saracens Women 15-7 Gloucester-Hartpury Women

Tries from Hannah Botterman and Marlie Packer helped Sarries grind out a well-fought win against a resilient Gloucester side.

Although they managed just one score through Erica Mills, Susie Appleby’s side limited the hosts to just three points in the second half.
