If you were watching WWE TV about five years ago, you will probably remember a wrestler called Adam Rose.

His entire gimmick was essentially a party train. He would make his entrance to a lively song followed by a number of 'rosebuds' who would form a conga line to the ring.

Interestingly enough, Rose's 'rosebuds' were made up of quite a few people who are now WWE superstars, including; Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Braun Strowman, Kalisto, Mia Yim and various other developmental stars from the time.

Unsurprisingly, Rose was never taken seriously.

He would lose matches in seconds and simply party back into the locker room.

Throughout his time as Adam Rose, he had a very skinny build, which makes his transformation absolutely mind blowing.

Rose commented: "258lbs and growing.. may be time for that diet.. nah its a bulking year.. retired and finishing up dates. That is all."

He also faced some confusion from WWE fans, so felt that he should offer an explanation.

"Before coming to the WWE I weighed 236lbs. When I performed as Leo Kruger [in FCW] my weight was around 225lbs. When I made the transition to Adam Rose, I was asked to refrain from weight training, so the character would not look like a pro wrestler at all.

"Unfortunately as everyone now knows while in the WWE I developed a drug addiction which lead to me losing considerable weight and getting sick.

"At my worst I weighed 176lbs in the WWE. I was living on a smoothie a day and barely ate.

"After a long stint in rehab, thanks to WWE, I was able to clean up and get my life back together.

"I weight train religiously and eat food again, probably too much food, but I enjoy it so I'm not gonna stop."

Incredibly, Rose is now 40-years-old yet, but with a frame like that, we can't imagine he'll be going back to his partying ways any time soon.

An amazing job from him.
