UFC will have a special title presented to the winner of Jorge Masvidal vs Nate Diaz at UFC 244 this weekend, the BMF title.

The BMF title, which stands for ‘Baddest Mother F****r’, will go to either Jorge Masvidal or Nate Diaz, depending on who wins in the main event at UFC 244 at Madison Square Garden.

The specially made championship belt will also be presented to the winner by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, not Dana White.

On his Instagram account, the UFC President gave UFC fans the first glimpse of what the title looks like and some of its key features ahead of this Saturday's event.

The video on White's Instagram shows the title is more silver than the traditional gold which UFC fighters win if they are victorious in title matches.

The video also shows the BMF title having a '1 of 1' serial number, as well as Dana White’s signature, the event number, and the date of the fight.

A special title for a special fight, this title will never be duplicated, meaning only one fighter will walk out of Madison Square Garden with the title around their waist, and it will never be taken off them.

As of writing, Masvidal is the favourite to win on Saturday against Diaz, but in truth, the fight could go either way.

Both fighters are coming into this clash after winning their previous bouts, but Gamebred is the fighter with the more impressive victory.

Masvidal's last fight was against Ben Askren, who he defeated in five seconds via a flying knee knockout at UFC 239 in July earlier this year. To date, this is the fastest knockout in UFC history.

Diaz, on the other hand, last competed back in August at UFC 241, defeating Anthony Pettis via unanimous decision. This was his first UFC fight since facing Conor McGregor back in August 2016.

Both fighters boast a positive win record, with Masvidal standing at 34-13 while Diaz stands at 20-11.

However, on Saturday at UFC 244, they'll fight for more than just the win. They'll fight to be named the ‘Baddest Mother F****r’, and for the BMF title.
