It's 5 o'clock somewhere, right?

This will be the case tomorrow as over 5,000 pubs are set to open their doors bright and early as England face South Africa in the 2019 Rugby World Cup final.

England fans have never needed much of a window to start the occasion, but given Yokohama is nine hours ahead, extra efforts from venues across the country are being made so fans can enjoy the game.

If England win tomorrow, the British Beer and Pub Association predict that rugby fans will drink one million extra pints on “Super Saturday” - providing a £3.8 million boost to the sector.

Dominic Collingwood, co-founder of the Matchpint app, added: “On average, we’ve had 25,000 fans search for a pub at the last minute to watch each the England game to date. We’d expect this to exceed 50,000 people looking for a pub from Friday afternoon this week.”

Rugby fans are expected to be in the pub all day regardless, this has been vouched by BBPA policy director Andrew Tighe, who claims: "There is no better place to enjoy live sport on the TV than at a great British pub."

Let's be honest, he's got a point, hasn't he?

So with 5,000 pubs across the UK all opening their doors early, surely it's only right you thank them by showing your face and giving them your trade whilst watching the rugby...

Ahead of the crucial game, England head coach Eddie Jones has challenged his players to "inspire the whole country" after two incredible performances against Australia and New Zealand booked their spot in the final.

Jones is no stranger to this fixture after leading South Africa to a 15-6 win over England in the 2007 final. England fans will, however, remember their greatest morning in 2003, with Jonny Wilkinson's famous drop-goal against Australia being their finest moment in the sport.

As the doors open tomorrow, England will expect that every man does his duty, and bring it home.
